During 2010, Camp Endeavor is offering two 2-week sessions and one 4-week summer camp session for youth between the ages of 9-17 years.

Choose from the following summer camp sessions:

Session I : June 20 - July 3
Session II : July 4 - July 17
Session III : June 20 - July 17

The all inclusive fee for either two week session is $2,000; the all inclusive fee for the four week session is $3,700.

Personalized Meal Plan & Dietary Requirements: Meet with Emily, the Camp Endeavor Nutritionist, in a one-on-one session to determine your personal nutritional needs, and the best eating style for YOU! Includes 60 minute session to match your food preferences & current eating habits with healthy food choices to help you maintain or continue your weight loss.  Return home with a specific eating plan for YOU!

Personalized Exercise Plan: Dan, Endeavor’s exercise physiologist, will assist you in figuring out just what kind of movement is right for you and how to attain it! You’ll go home with a written plan in hand, with activities for indoors and outdoors, suited to your preferences and level of fitness. This is designed for those who want ideas on how to stay fit in their home environment.

Personal Coaching: Tut, certified in Motivational Interviewing, a technique used by health care professionals to promote healthy behaviors, will talk with you on pre-determined dates to provide tips to success, uncover obstacles, and elicit positive lifestyle choices. Being held accountable helps many stay on track; these four phone calls are designed to help you stay focused on your weight journey.

Camp Endeavor is an accredited member of The American Camping Association.

Staff at Camp Endeavor are licensed health care professionals and providers in their respective fields.

Check with your health care insurance company to see if weight management camps are a covered service. Since 2007, some families have been partially reimbursed for their camper's stay at Endeavor. Reimbursement is decided upon by each individual health insurance carrier.

The cost of camp can be used as a tax deduction on Federal Income Tax forms. Check to see if the cost of camp can be deducted from your Health Savings Account, or Flex monies.
